The bill (Reg. No. 2499) aims at elimination of gaps in legislation regarding regulation of relations in the sphere of organization and functioning of transport vehicles parking places, as well as control over adherence to transport vehicles parking rules.
It is suggested amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat made a number of remarks to the bill in its conclusion and suggested refine it to the subject of legislative initiative, following the results of consideration in the first reading.
